Hot Mustard Foot Baths

With coughs and colds never far away, and then the dreaded hayfever - this little technique your grandma would have known about may be just what the doctor didn't order but on this one, grandma might know best.

Much has been in the press lately about Vit D being more effective than the flu shot at preventing the flu.

The hot mustard foot bath technique is great for chestiness and sinus problems.

2 tablespoons of mustard powder in a bowl, deep enough to soak your feet in.

Add enough hot water to the bowl so that your feet would be covered just up to the ankles.

The water needs to be hot but not scoulding and mix the mustard powder in until it has disolved.

Soak the bare feet for about 10mins and repeat the process often but at least 3 different times during a day.

Sit back and relax.
