Green Papaya and Green Tea Recipe to Help Ease Arthritis

Arthritis is a painful chronic condition and looking at distorted joints is quite disheartening too.

I met a lovely person serving in a Chinese take away and we got chatting as I waited for my noodles. She told me that she used to have vey bad arthritis and that her fingers were twisted and gnarled at the joints along with pain.

She proudly waggled her very straight and pain free fingers at me. She was very excited and happy to share her 'cure'.

You need a green papaya (available from Chinese or Indian food supermarkets) Leave the skin on but remove the seeds and dice about 1 cup full of the papaya.

Add 2 tablespoons of Chinese green tea or 2 green tea tea bags.

Add 4 cups of water and boil for 5mins.

Strain and collect the juice tp drink throughout the day.  Keeping it warm in a flask.

Repeat as often as you like during the day but do it for about 1 month.

I searched online for this and true enough there are many folk out there who have had the same experience.

Now what works for one doesn't always work for another, be it food as medicine or a pill but it might just be worth a try.
